1. Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the recruiting services and scheduling tools provided by RepFlux, LLC (“RepFlux,” “we,” “us”). By applying for a position through RepFlux, scheduling an interview, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
RepFlux provides recruiting and candidate-sourcing services to businesses, including posting job opportunities, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews between job applicants and our clients. We do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or any particular result.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring, automated SMS text messages from RepFlux related to your job application and interviews, including confirmations, reminders, scheduling links, and status updates.
- Consent is not a condition of employment or of being considered for any position.
- Message frequency varies based on your application and interview activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. To get help, reply HELP or email interviews@repfluxhire.com.
- We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services only for lawful purposes related to genuine employment interest, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Intellectual property
The RepFlux platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by RepFlux, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepFlux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
