Door-to-door permit rules in Dallas & Fort Worth
Dallas requires commercial home solicitors to get a Solicitor's Permit from the Dallas Police Department (City Code Chapter 42). Fort Worth requires door-to-door vendors to register with the city and carry a registration certificate (City Code Chapter 20).
- Dallas: permit issued through Dallas Police after a criminal history review; DPD materials list a $50 non-refundable fee. The photo ID card is valid one year and must be worn visibly.
- Dallas hours: no home solicitation before 9 a.m. or after sunset Monday–Saturday, none on Sunday, and certain holidays excluded.
- Dallas signs: solicitors may not solicit at homes posting a weatherproof 'NO SOLICITORS OR HANDBILLS' sign near the front entrance.
- Fort Worth: vendors must register and carry the certificate while working; no registration fee is charged. The application asks for government ID and a Texas sales tax certificate.
- Fort Worth hours: no calls before 9 a.m. or after 7 p.m. (8 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time), and no soliciting at homes posted 'No Soliciting' or 'No Trespassing'.

Suburbs set their own rules — Allen requires solicitors to register with Allen Police and wear a solicitor ID, and Arlington publishes its own door-to-door selling chapter.

How it works
From job post to booked interview — automatically
We flood the top of your funnel
Your roles go live with conversion-tuned apply pages we run for you — built to turn job-board and ad traffic into completed applications in under two minutes.
Every applicant reviewed — AI insight, human judgment
The moment an application lands, it's reviewed and benchmarked against your role's criteria and hard requirements — and your RepFlux team applies real human judgment on top. Nothing sits unread, and nobody reaches your calendar on an algorithm's word alone.
Qualified candidates book themselves
Candidates who clear the bar pick an interview slot on the spot — straight onto your Google Calendar, solo or panel. Automated SMS and email follow-up chases anyone who stalls, and rebooks no-shows.
More than software. More than an agency.
A real recruiting team, amplified by a hiring engine
Software alone can't hire. Agencies alone can't scale. Your RepFlux retainer buys both — the engine does the relentless part, your team does the judgment part.
The engine never sleeps
- Reviews and benchmarks every applicant the moment they apply
- Books interviews against your live calendar — solo, group, or panel
- Chases stalls and no-shows by SMS and email, around the clock
- Tracks every metric live, down to the individual candidate
Your team never guesses
- Calibrates screening to your market, your roles, your bar
- Applies human judgment and review — no algorithm decides alone
- Manages your job posts and funnels, adjusting week over week
- Real people who know your account and answer when you call
